Material Handling
- 10 Ton Overhead Crane for handling large or heavy components within the shop, allowing for easy movement of materials, parts, and assemblies, facilitating the loading/unloading of materials into machines and helping with the assembly of large structures.
- Forklifts ( from 5k - 25k pounds
- Cranes- Up to 80,000 pounds to unload/ load most truck-able items.
Cutting Capabilities
- SHEAR - We can shear a 12ft x 1/2" plate to any shape or size.
- CNC Plasma Table: Precision cutting of metal sheets and plates, ideal for intricate designs and fast production times. It's great for cutting shapes, holes, and profiles, as well as for thin-to-medium plate materials. Also flame cuts with oxygen/ acetylene.
- Waterjet: Offers very precise cutting with minimal heat distortion, making it ideal for cutting hard materials like stainless steel, titanium, and even composites. It can cut thicker materials, up to several inches, and handle intricate designs that would be difficult to achieve with plasma.
- Saws: Our Hydmech V-18 saw can cut through a range of materials, making straight cuts in bars, tubes, pipe, and structural beams up to 22" thick.

- PRESS BRAKE- Bending/ Forming- Our 320 Accurpress CNC Press Brake provides high precision bending and forming metal sheets and plate up to 12 feet long. It can handle heavy-duty bending operations, complex bends and precise angles in thick plates. The CNC control provides repeatability and accuracy in production runs.
- Plate Roll: We can roll 12ft x 1/2" sheets or plate into curved shapes or cylinders. This is useful for projects requiring pipe fabrication, tank construction, and other cylindrical forms.
- Ironworkers: Our versatile 110 ton GEKA IRONWORKERS are capable of punching holes, shearing, and notching metal.

- Our shop is highly capable of taking on both heavy industrial fabrication and more intricate custom work. The combination of cutting (plasma and waterjet), forming (press brake and shear), rolling, welding, and material handling means that it can handle a wide variety of projects, from structural steel work to highly detailed, precision parts. The high capacity of the machinery allows it to scale production, while the flexibility of the equipment provides the ability to tackle both one-off prototypes and large production runs.
